The tendering authority may also forfeit the PSD and also debar the SDAfrom bidding (for all types and form of bids) for at least three years in Government ofRajasthan.7.2.3. Change Requests/ Managementa) An institutional mechanism will be set up for taking decisions regarding requests for changes.The Purchase Committee will set up a Contract Management Committee with members fromthe procurement agency and the selected bidder. If it is unable to reach an agreement, thedecision of the Purchase Committee will be final.84
