This is theresponsibility of the SDA to obtain the UAT approval from the Horticulturedepartment.4.1.2. Data PreparationThe Selected SI shall be responsible to undertake and complete data digitization and migrationas per the following:i. Data MigrationThe SI shall be responsible to migrate legacy data of the program implementation for 2011-12,2012 -13 and 2013-14 into the software developed. The department has already digitized datapertaining to information of beneficiaries which is available in MS Excel Format. No of existing records for solar pumps- 16000 records (approx) {each record has 50numbers of columns)25

Some of the existing data might be incomplete and some of the fields might bemissing in the existing database, the department shall provide the completed data to the SDAand the SDA needs to digitize the missing data and prepare the overall database beforemigration to ensure completeness of the new database to be created.4.1.3. Training and Capacity Buildingi. Training of staff is essential for ensuring that the software developed is actually put to use.Hence, the selected bidder shall also ensure a proper hands-on training to the designated enduserson the application developed so as to make them well conversant with thefunctionalities, features and processes built in the application.ii.iii.iv.Training could have multiple sessions as per the need and requirement of the project/application. Hence, SDA shall conduct Training Needs Analysis of all the concerned staff anddrawing up a systematic training plan.The content of the training plan and schedule shall be mutually decided by HorticultureDepartment and the selected bidder.Retraining the staffs, whenever significant changes are made in the application and/orpersonnel.v. The bidder shall take training feedback from the trainees, and submit along with invoice raisedfor the payment.vi.vii.viii.ix.In case more than 30% of the respondents suggest that the training provided to them wasunsatisfactory or less than satisfactory, then SDA would re-conduct the same training at noextra cost.SDA shall deliver training to end users utilizing the deployed infrastructure at the designatedlocations. Role-based training for the identified personnel will be carried out at Location to bedecided and provided by the Horticulture Department.The requisite training infrastructure like computers, projector with screen shall be provided bythe Horticulture Department.The SDA shall provide instructor, training material (role based), the language of trainingmaterial shall be in Hindi and English.26
