furniture management program; and M.A.D.F.
elevator condition assessment. Note: Central
kitchen facility study, inmate transfer connection
between M.A.D.F. and the courthouse and new
state courthouse coordination support to be funded
with Criminal Justice Construction Funds.
150326 ADA Barrier Removal New index for on-going physical barrier removal
per the approved County 2009 updated Americans
with Disabilities Act Transition Plan. Previous
work was funded from Human Resources
operating budget.

funds held by Human Resources Department for
A.D. A. projects managed by General Services and
other Departments going forward.
109587 Energy Improvements Various energy projects to meet the requirements
of the CPAP, including the Comprehensive Energy
Project (CEP), which inlcuded a 1.4 megawatt fuel
cell to generate electricity and heat. Remaining
funds to cover warranty period, fuel cell service
agreement, and other energy related work.
109611 Administration Center
Irrigation/Landscaping
Replacement of exisiting water intensive
landscaping at the County Administration Center
with xeriscaping to reduce water consumption and
to provide public education about water
conservation.
