The hydraulicgradients are consistently inward across the sheet pile wall thuspreventing <strong>of</strong>f-site movement <strong>of</strong> leachate into the shallowgroundwater (Section 3.4).• There is no need to implement contingency measures (Section3.6 and 3.7).• No changes in operation, procedure or equipment occurred in2008 (Section 3.7).• Routine system maintenance was undertaken during 2008(Section 3.8).• As the landfill has now been closed for five years, a proposedreduction in the water level monitoring has been recommendedas per the closure/post closure report for the site (Section 3.9).(111414_2ra_apr29-09_city_<strong>of</strong>_guelph.doc) - v -
