The landfill is operated under two Certificates <strong>of</strong> Approval (C <strong>of</strong> A):a) Amended Provisional Certificate <strong>of</strong> Approval for a Waste Disposal Site No. A170101 under theEnvironmental Protection Act for the general landfill construction and operation (most recentlyamended on June 13, 2005 for Post Closure).b) Certificate <strong>of</strong> Approval (Sewage) No. 3-0048-90-006 under the Ontario Water Resources Actfor the leachate collection system.Each C <strong>of</strong> A specifies annual reporting requirements. These have been outlined in the left-hand columnsbelow, while the right-hand columns provide a summary <strong>of</strong> the 2008 findings as well as a reference to thesection <strong>of</strong> this report where the reader will find further details.A.
