INFORMATION FOR INVESTORSIn end of year 2006, a number of issued Bosnalijek shares was 5.843.276with nominal value of 10.00 KM. Since August 2006, the shares werelisted at official quotation of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).Total number of shareholders in the end of year was 4308, of which 35.4%are international private and institutional investors, while 64.6% aredomestic private and institutional investors.In end of year 2006, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the largestsingle shareholder of Bosnalijek, having a 28.9% share in Bosnalijekcapital. International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank,was the second shareholder in size, with total share of 12.5% in Bosnalijekcapital, while Investment Fund BIG owned 5% of the capital.Initial price of shares in year 2006 amounted to 23.53 KM and end pricewas 38.33 KM. The highest price in a year was recorded on 22ndNovember, when it was 39.43 KM. The volume of sale in year 2006 wassomewhat lower than in previous period.
