Division for International LegalCooperation has permanent needs fortechnical assistance especially fortranslators.16. Political level should have greatercommitment to the concretization ofdraft international agreements.17. We recommend an analysis of aspects ofstate succession and obligations Kosovohas taken in accordance with theComprehensive Mr. Ahttisari Proposal,in accordance with the ViennaConventions on State succession.
