Software conceptThe RCS1100 has loadable softwarecovering the requirements forcontrolling the TPS1100/TPS1000and the local functions. The softwarealso includes all available languageelements for the local functions. Thesoftware is loaded with the up-loadfunction of the SurveyOffice in thesame way as for the TPS1100. Thecharging procedure is controlledentirely by the SurveyOffice.New languages arecontinually being added forthe local functions of the RCS1100. OperationAllocation of keys6The allocation of the keys on theRCS1100 is the same as on theTPS1100.When the RCS1100 is switched on,the TPS1100 automatically changesto LOCK mode (prism tracking).The key activates specialfunctions for aligning the TPS1100with the prism.The shape of the search window isrectangular (default size: Hz = 30gon, V = 15 gon).
