General Information 5Chapter 2General Information2.1 Accessing Mammogram RecordsThe mammogram record can be accessed from the Patient Functions Menu or the Hospital BaseMenu via the following pathways:· Patient Functions Menu - Mammo Maintenance· Hospital Base Menu - Department Specific, Mammo System, Entry· Hospital Base Menu - Department Specific, Mammo System, Data DisplayVia the Patient Functions Menu1. Select the patient by entering the patient account number on the Hospital Base Menu or thePatient Functions Menu.2. From the Patient Functions Menu of the selected patient, select Mammo Maintenance.Select Hospital Base Menu > select patientFigure 2.1 Patient Functions Screen Mammo Maintenance3. A list of the patient’s previous and current mammogram records will be displayed. The examdate and complete status (YES or NO) of each record category will be listed for eachmammogram record. The record category will be incomplete until all required fields other thanthe COMMENTS field are completed.
