The record is composed of seven individual categories. Each hospital will determinewhich questions within each category will require a response. The entire mammogram record willremain incomplete until all required questions in each category have been addressed. The“complete” status (YES or NO) of the entire record as well as each individual category is indicatedon the Mammography System screen.
