10<strong>Mammography</strong> <strong>Workbook</strong>Select Hospital Base Menu > Department Specific > Mammo System > Mammo EntryFigure 2.7 Mammo Records5. To document mammography information, select the desired mammogram record and theselect Edit.6. A screen indicating the status (YES for complete or NO for incomplete) for each recordcategory of the mammogram record will be displayed. The date and initials of the technologistthat last modified the record will be displayed. The record category will be incomplete until allrequired fields other than the COMMENTS field are completed. The following options may beselected:· Select the desired record category to view, add, or change information in the selectedcategory or Entire Record.· Delete to delete the mammogram record. (Mammogram records would need to be deleted if aprocedure was canceled. Canceling a mammogram procedure does not affect a createdmammogram record.)© 2009 Computer Programs and Systems, Inc.
