30Mammography Workbook1. From the Mammography System screen for the selected patient, select Recall.Select Patient Functions Menu > Mammo MaintenanceFigure 2.21 Mammo Record2. The Recall category for the selected patient will be displayed and include the followingdemographic information:· Date of Birth· Social Security Number· Medical Record Number· X-Ray Film Number· Exam Date· Last Modified Date and Initials© 2009 Computer Programs and Systems, Inc.

The following options may be selected:· Mass Info to display the next record category (Mass Information).· Findings to display the previous record category (Findings).4. Place a Y in the Stop Recall field to exclude the patient from the recall process when thepatient has moved away from the area or has expired.Mass InformationThe Mammography System Mass Information category is optional. Each facility will determinewhether this category will be included in the mammogram record. This is defined in theMammography General Control table. This category consists of 9 fields to document data for 5separate masses. Field Location is the only field required to complete the category.1.
