Service would be extended to directly serve Southland Mall. Line 386 trips would be renumbered as Line 86. Weekend frequency would be reduced from 20–30 to 30 mins. Change from August proposal: Line 86 would operate on Winton between Hesperian and I-880, and will not enter Southland Mall.
