Shafer Rd., Manon Ave., Harris Rd., and Huntwood Ave.
Frequency changed to 60 minutes.
Service would be extended to directly serve Southland Mall. Line
386 trips would be renumbered as Line 86. Weekend frequency
would be reduced from 20–30 to 30 mins.
Change from August proposal: Line 86 would operate on
Winton between Hesperian and I-880, and will not enter
Southland Mall. As with today's service, weekend midday
service would be operated by Line 386.
Line would be discontinued. See Line 32 for service between
Lake Chabot Rd. & Somerset Ave. and Castro Valley BART. See
Line 48 for service between Redwood Rd. & Seven Hills Rd. and
Center St. & Castro Valley Blvd.
