New line would operate a loop in both directions, beginning at
San Leandro BART and continuing via Juana Ave., Hays St.,
Davis St., E. 14th St., Dutton Ave., Bancroft Ave., E. 14th St.,
Bayfair Wy., Bay Fair BART, Hesperian Blvd., Halcyon Dr.,
Floresta Blvd., Farnsworth St., Lewelling Blvd., Wicks Blvd.,
Farallon Dr., Bermuda Ave., Aurora Dr., San Leandro Marina,
Williams St., Doolittle Dr., Marina Blvd., and San Leandro Blvd.
before returning to San Leandro BART. Weekends only, line
would be extended to Alameda Juvenile Justice Center from E.
14th St. & Fairmont Dr. via Fairmont Dr.
Change from August proposal: Line 89 would operate
between San Leandro BART and Aurora Dr. via San Leandro
Blvd., Davis St., West Gate Parkway, and Williams St. Hours
of operation would be extended to 9:00 p.m. weekdays.
