Wrongfully or willfully destroying, defacing,<br />

mutilating, suppressing, neglecting or failing <strong>to</strong><br />

cause nomination papers <strong>to</strong> be filed by the proper<br />

Offering or knowingly permitting anyone <strong>to</strong> offer<br />

a bribe or promise of gain <strong>to</strong> an elec<strong>to</strong>r in<br />

exchange for signing any nomination or election<br />
