Elements of Offense<br />

57. Records of criminaI usury. Any person who possesses or conceals records<br />

of criminally serious transactions with intent <strong>to</strong> aid, assist, or facilitate<br />

criminal usury <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />

Offenses Related <strong>to</strong> Purchases of Valuable Articles<br />

58. Violation of "Purchase of Valuable Articles " statute. Any person who<br />

violates the provisions of article 16 of title 18, concerning the purchase and<br />

sale of valuable articles, or who knowingly gives false information<br />

regarding the seller of a valuable article <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />

Offenses Related <strong>to</strong> Limited Gaming<br />

Cheating. Cheating at any limited gaming activity is a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong> when<br />

the offender has been issued a license pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Colorado Limited<br />

Gaming Act.<br />

Fraudulent acts. Violation of any of the provisions of section 18-20-107<br />

regarding fraudulent acts pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Colorado Limited Gaming Act is<br />

a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong> when the offender has been issued a license pursuant <strong>to</strong> the<br />

Colorado Limited Gaming Act.<br />

Use of device for calculating probabilities. Any person who uses or<br />

possesses a device intended <strong>to</strong> project the outcome of a game, keep track<br />

of cards played, analyze the probability o the occurrence of an event in the<br />

game or analyze the strategy for playing a game pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Colorado<br />

Limited Gaming Act <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong> when the offender has been<br />

issued a license pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Act.<br />

Counter$eit or unapproved chips or <strong>to</strong>kens - unlawfil coins or devices.<br />

Violation of any of the provisions of section 18-20-109 regarding the use<br />

of counterfeit or unapproved chips or <strong>to</strong>kens or unlawful coins or devices<br />

or the possession of unlawful devices, equipment, products or materials<br />

pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Colorado Limited Gaming Act is a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong> when the<br />

offender has been issued a license pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Act.<br />

Cheating game and devices. Any person who knowingly conducts or<br />

allows any cheating or thieving game or conducts any game played with<br />

cards or a mechanical device which has been marked <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 6<br />

<strong>felony</strong> when the person has been issued a license pursuant <strong>to</strong> the Colorado<br />

Limited Gaming Act.<br />
