1. Criminal attempt <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a misdemeanor other than a <strong>class</strong> 1 18-2-101 (7)<br />

2. Conspiring <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a misdemeanor defined outside of Title 18 for which 18-2-201 (5)<br />
no penalty is specifically provided<br />
