Offenses Against the Person<br />

1. Criminal attempt <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a misdemeanor other than a <strong>class</strong> 1 18-2-101 (7)<br />

misdetneanor<br />

2. Conspiring <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a misdemeanor defined outside of Title 18 for which 18-2-201 (5)<br />

no penalty is specifically provided<br />

3. Conspiracy <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a misdemeanor other than a <strong>class</strong> 1 misdemeanor 18-2-206 (5)<br />

4. Menacing (knowingly placing or attempting <strong>to</strong> place another in fear of 18-3-206<br />

imminent serious bodily injury by any threat or physical action)<br />

5. Reckless endangerment (recklessly engaging in conduct which creates a 18-3-208<br />

substantial risk of serious bodily injury <strong>to</strong> another)<br />

Offenses Against Property<br />

Fourth degree arson (if only property is endangered and the value of the<br />

property is less than $100)<br />
