is a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />
2. Ctiminul attempt. Criminal attempt <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a <strong>felony</strong> defined outside of 18-2- 101 (5)<br />
the criminal code and for which no penalty is specified is a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />
3. Conspimcy. Conspiracy <strong>to</strong> <strong>commit</strong> a <strong>felony</strong> defined outside of the criminal 18-2-201 (5)<br />
code and for which no penalty is specified is a <strong>class</strong> 6 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />
