cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats, swine, or asses, either live or<br />
slaughtered, <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />

85. Accidents involving death or personal injuries. Drivers involved in<br />
accidents resulting in death or personal injuries shall immediately s<strong>to</strong>p<br />
and remain at the scene, and shall fulfrll the requirements concerning<br />
giving of certain information and the rendering of aid. A person who<br />
violates any provision of this section <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong> if the<br />
accident resulted in the death of any person.<br />

aggregate value of the things involved is fifteen thousand dollars or<br />
