Elements of Offense<br />

81. Trafficking in food stamps. Trafficking in food stamps twice or more<br />

within a period of six months without having been placed in jeopardy for<br />

the prior offense or offenses is a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong> when the aggregate value<br />

of the food stamps is $400 or more but less than $15,000.<br />

trust fund is a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong> if the amount involved is $400 or more but<br />

83. Humdous sz&stance incidents. Any person who intentionally causes or<br />

substantially contributes <strong>to</strong> the occurrence of a hazardous substance<br />

84, Theft of certain animals. Any person who <strong>commit</strong>s theft of, or<br />

knowingly kills, sells, drives, leads, transports, rides away, purchases,<br />

or in any manner deprives the owner of the immediate possession of any<br />

cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats, swine, or asses, either live or<br />

slaughtered, <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong>.<br />

85. Accidents involving death or personal injuries. Drivers involved in<br />

accidents resulting in death or personal injuries shall immediately s<strong>to</strong>p<br />

and remain at the scene, and shall fulfrll the requirements concerning<br />

giving of certain information and the rendering of aid. A person who<br />

violates any provision of this section <strong>commit</strong>s a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong> if the<br />

accident resulted in the death of any person.<br />

86. Theft of mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle parts. Theft of mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle parts two times or<br />

more within a period of six months without having been placed in<br />

jeopardy for the prior offense or offenses is a <strong>class</strong> 4 <strong>felony</strong> when the<br />

aggregate value of the things involved is fifteen thousand dollars or<br />
