136. Operation of a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle, by a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle carrier exempt from<br />

regulation as a public utility, for its business<br />

137. Operation of a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle by a carrier of sludge in violation of the<br />

provisions of article 16.5 of title 40<br />

Driving without a valid driver's license or driving a vehicle without the<br />

correct <strong>class</strong> of license (<strong>class</strong> 2 misdemeanor traffic offense)<br />

Refusal <strong>to</strong> hand driver's license <strong>to</strong> peace officer upon demand (<strong>class</strong> 2<br />

misdemeanor traffic offense)<br />

Failure <strong>to</strong> immediately surrender license for an offense which makes<br />

revocation manda<strong>to</strong>ry (<strong>class</strong> 2 misdemeanor traffic offense)<br />

Failure <strong>to</strong> immediately surrender license upon conviction of driving under<br />

the influence or excessive alcohol content (<strong>class</strong> 2 misdemeanor traffic<br />

offense)<br />

Failure <strong>to</strong> immediately surrender license after having pled guilty or nolo<br />

contendere for a drug-related offense for which revocation of a license is<br />

manda<strong>to</strong>ry; failure <strong>to</strong> surrender license within five days of having sworn<br />

<strong>to</strong> not being in immediate possession of the license (<strong>class</strong> 2 misdemeanor<br />

Making false affidavit or knowingly swearing or affirming falsely <strong>to</strong> any<br />

matter pursuant <strong>to</strong> part 1 of article 2 or title 42 regarding drivers licenses<br />

(<strong>class</strong> 2 misdemeanor traffic offense)<br />

Display or possess fictitious, cancelled, revoked, suspended or altered<br />

vehicle registration; failure <strong>to</strong> surrender such vehicle registration upon<br />

demand; use of false information in any application for vehicle registration<br />
