Often such issues can be resolvedby talking them through with the involved parties with or without a neutral third person. Butsometimes they cannot. The program is committed to being supportive and fair in its response toproblems and utilizes its recommendations and the hospitals Human Resources Department andits official Policies as needed to reconcile the problem.
