It builds upon thisprevious success and aims at providing the <strong>free</strong>dom ofpublishing juridical research from everywhere and onall subjects of <strong>law</strong>. Its goal is to promote respect of therule of <strong>law</strong> and the fair application of justice by sharingjuridical research in its pages.Academics, post-graduate students and practitioners of<strong>law</strong> are welcome to submit in the academic section theirarticles, notes, book reviews or comments on any legalsubject, while undergraduate students are welcome topublish in our student section. The list of fields of <strong>law</strong>addressed in these pages is ever-expanding and nonrestrictive,as needs and interests arise. If a field is notlisted, the author simply needs to propose the articleand the field believed of <strong>law</strong> applicable; we will insure tocreate and list it.We accept articles in English, French, Bosnian,Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Finnish, German, Greek,Hungarian, Icelandic, Inuktitut, Italian, Latin, Polish,Portuguese (both Brazilian and European), Romanian,Russian, Serb (both Latin and Cyrillic), Slovenian,Spanish and Turkish.Articles not in English are provided with a synopsis toexplain their content. Articles of exceptional quality, orrequested to be, can be translated into English and/orFrench. All of this is the measure of <strong>free</strong>dom we provide.The material submitted for publication remainscopyrighted to the author. If the author has interest inpublishing elsewhere after having published in ourpages, no permission to do so will be necessary.
