Strømme Foundation and Vest-AgderCounty Council are also pr<strong>in</strong>cipal funders.Eligible countriesAfrica, Asia, Lat<strong>in</strong> America and the Caribbean.Who can receive a grant?Mimeta funds organizations work<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the field of <strong>in</strong>ternational cultural cooperation and thedevelopment of cultural <strong>in</strong>dustries <strong>in</strong> develop<strong>in</strong>g countries.Grant sizeNo m<strong>in</strong>imum or maximum amount is requiredExamples of recent grantsMimeta develops its projects <strong>in</strong> cooperation with: ISHYO Arts Centre (Rwanda): promotes art and culture with<strong>in</strong> the scope of nationalcompetence. One of its ma<strong>in</strong> priorities is to develop and support <strong>in</strong>novative programs, tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g,artists and projects on a national, regional and <strong>in</strong>ternational level.18
