Application procedureAIC grant applications can be submitted us<strong>in</strong>g the onl<strong>in</strong>e grant application <strong>for</strong>m. Applicants mustcomplete the attached <strong>for</strong>m <strong>in</strong> full to apply <strong>for</strong> AIC grant fund<strong>in</strong>g. (Do not submit the onl<strong>in</strong>e applicationuntil you are completely satisfied with it. Applications may be saved and worked on until the clos<strong>in</strong>gdate. Once applications have been submitted they are no longer accessible <strong>for</strong> edit<strong>in</strong>g).The <strong>for</strong>m must be submitted electronically on or be<strong>for</strong>e the clos<strong>in</strong>g date. There is no longer arequirement to post <strong>in</strong> a signed orig<strong>in</strong>al as the electronic lodgement of the application <strong>for</strong>m will suffice.Late applications will not be accepted.RestrictionsAll eligible applications will be assessed by the Council's Board aga<strong>in</strong>st the follow<strong>in</strong>g assessmentcriteria: The extent to which the project's objectives are clearly def<strong>in</strong>ed and consistent with theCouncil's objectives. The project's potential to engage a wide and/or <strong>in</strong>fluential audience. The project's potential to establish long-term l<strong>in</strong>ks and cont<strong>in</strong>u<strong>in</strong>g exchanges. The applicant’s ability to deliver the project successfully and the quality of the application.69
