TROUBLESHOOTINGPROBLEMI can’t access the camera from aweb browser.Viewer got disconnected duringmonitoring.I cannot connect to the systemusing a tab browser of InternetExplorer 7.0.The camera connected to thenetwork is not detected in the IPinstaller program.Images overlap.No image appears.SOLUTION• Check to make sure that the camera’s Network settings are appropriate.• Check to make sure that all network cables have been connectedproperly.• If connected using DHCP, verify that the camera is able to acquiredynamic IP addresses without any problem.• If the camera is connected to a Broadband Router, verify that portforwarding is properly configured.• Connected Viewers become disconnected upon any change to cameraor network configurations.• Check all network connections.• If the camera is connected over an PPPoE network, it’ s possible forViewer to disconnect under poor network conditions.• When you try to connect to the system using a tab browser, the samecookie information is shared, resulting in errors when connected.Therefore, instead of using a tab browser, open a new browser windowto connect to the system.• Turn off the firewall settings on your PC and then search the cameraagain.• Check whether two or more cameras are set to a single multicastaddress instead of different addresses.
