(a)(b)details of any proposed modifications to the Grid Code from time to time as theLicensee (having regard to the outcome of such review) reasonably thinksnecessary or appropriate <strong>for</strong> the achievement of the objectives referred to atparagraph 2 above; andany written representations or objections from any consultees arising during theconsultation process, including any modifications to the Grid Code proposed byconsultees and not accepted by the Licensee, and which have not beenwithdrawn.5. Revisions to the Grid Code proposed by the Licensee and sent to the <strong>Authority</strong> pursuantto paragraph 4 shall require to be approved by the <strong>Authority</strong> be<strong>for</strong>e becoming effective.6. Having regard to any written representations or objections referred to in paragraph 4(b)and, following such further consultation (if any) as the <strong>Authority</strong> may considerappropriate, the <strong>Authority</strong> may issue directions requiring the Licensee to make specificchanges to the Grid Code and/or revise the Grid Code in such manner as may bespecified in the directions, and the Licensee shall comply <strong>for</strong>thwith with any suchdirections.7. The Licensee shall give or send a copy of the approved Grid Code (and any revisionsthereto) to:(a)(b)the <strong>Authority</strong>; andsubject to paragraph 8, any Person requesting the same.8. The Licensee may make a charge <strong>for</strong> any copy of the Grid Code given or sent pursuantto paragraph 7(b) of an amount which shall not exceed any amount specified <strong>for</strong> the timebeing <strong>for</strong> the purposes of this Condition in directions issued from time to time by the<strong>Authority</strong>.9. The Grid Code shall include:(a)Connection conditions specifying the technical, design and operational criteria tobe complied with by the Licensee and by any Person: (i) Connected or seekingConnection to the Licensee's <strong>Transmission</strong> System; or (ii) who is authorised toGenerate electricity and is Connected to or who seeks Connection to a SystemConnected to the Licensee's <strong>Transmission</strong> System;<strong>Oman</strong> <strong>Electricity</strong> <strong>Transmission</strong> <strong>Company</strong> SAOC Licence 1-May-2005 Page - 19 -
