“Cost-Reflective Tariff”“Customer”"Desalination""Dispatch""Dispatch Business""Distribution""Distribution Business"means amounts charged by the LicensedTransmission System Operator and the LicensedDistribution System Operator in consideration forConnection and use of their Systems, andamounts charged by a Licensed Supplier inconsideration for Supply where, all being incases, no Permitted Tariff exists, and such tariffshall be calculated in respect of each calendaryear on the basis and rules prescribed by theAuthority;means a Person who is Supplied withelectricity at Premises for consumption at thosePremises;means the production of demineralisedand/ or potable water by desalination and"Desalinate" and "Desalinated" shall beconstrued accordingly;means the general process by whichinstructions are determined and the issuing ofthose instructions to (1) Licensed Generatorsand/or Licensed Generators/Desalinators as tothe operation or cessation of operation of theirProduction Facilities; and (2) other Personswhose facilities are Connected;means the authorised business of theLicensee as issuer of Dispatch instructions;means, in relation to electricity, thetransport of electricity by means of a DistributionSystem and Distribute shall be construedaccordingly;means the licensed business of theLicensee as owner and/or operator of aDistribution System;Oman Electricity Transmission Company SAOC Licence 1-May-2005 Page - 8 -
