7. If within 3 months of the commencement of any Relevant Year t the Licensee has notmade any such change in its charges as referred to in paragraph 6, the Licensee shallprovide the Authority with a written forecast of the Maximum Allowed Revenuetogether with its components in respect of the Relevant Year t.8. Any forecast or estimate provided in accordance with paragraphs 6 or 7 shall beaccompanied by such information as regards the assumptions underlying the forecast orany estimate as may be necessary, in the judgement of the Authority, to enable theAuthority to be satisfied that the forecast or estimate has been properly prepared on aconsistent basis.9. Not later than 6 weeks after the commencement of each Relevant Year t, the Licenseeshall send the Authority a statement as to:(a)(b)whether or not the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 are likely to be applicable inconsequence of revenues collected in the 2 preceding Relevant Years (t-1 and t-2); andits best estimate as to the relevant correction factor K t calculated in accordancewith the formula set out in paragraph 1 to be applied in calculating the MaximumAllowed Revenue for Transmission System Services in Relevant Year t.10. Not later than 3 months after the end of each Relevant Year t the Licensee shall send tothe Authority a written statement in respect of that Relevant Year showing the specifieditems referred to in paragraph 12.11. The statements referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be:(a)(b)accompanied by a report addressed to the Authority from the auditors referred toin Condition 13 that in their opinion such statements fairly represents each of thespecified items in accordance with the requirements of the charge restrictionconditions and that the amounts shown in respect of each of the specified itemsare in accordance with the accounting records which have been maintained inaccordance with Condition 13; andcertified by a director of the Licensee on behalf of the Licensee that, to the bestof his or her knowledge, information and belief after having made all reasonableenquires, that the amounts included in its calculations under paragraph 12 havebeen prepared in accordance with the Licensee’s statutory and Licenceobligations.12.
