A<br />
Account Code<br />
A group of numbers, up to 16 digits in length, entered by station<br />
users during in<strong>com</strong>ing or outgoing calls; the system uses<br />
account codes to identify the calls by category, or special<br />
grouping, for call accounting purposes.<br />
All-Call Paging<br />
Paging through the inter<strong>com</strong>s of all stations in the system.<br />
Assist Button<br />
A button that you can program that will let you send a message<br />
requesting assistance to the LCD of another telephone.<br />
Attendant<br />
Also known as the operator; typically, the first person to<br />
answer in<strong>com</strong>ing calls and responsible for directing calls to the<br />
proper person or department.<br />
Automatic Callback<br />
System will ring a calling telephone when a busy called telephone<br />
be<strong>com</strong>es idle.<br />
Automatic Dialing (or Autodialing)<br />
Using programmable buttons to store numbers for one- or twobutton<br />
dialing.<br />
Automatic Redialing<br />
Turning on a program that automatically redials the last number<br />
dialed once a minute for 10 minutes.<br />
