7.13 Do Not Disturb Condition<br />
This feature keeps calls from ringing at your LCD speakerphone and<br />
makes your station appear to be busy to inter<strong>com</strong> calls. As a reminder,<br />
a station that is set in Do Not Disturb mode will display this information<br />
on the LCD.<br />
• To enable DND, proceed as follows:<br />
1. SELECT OPTIONS.<br />
2. SELECT NEXT until the DND<br />
option appears.<br />
3. SELECT DND.<br />
4. SELECT ON.<br />
5. SELECT PREV.<br />
6. PRESS SPEAKER to end.<br />
• To disable the DND condition,<br />
—REPEAT the above procedure, BUT SELECT OFF instead<br />
of ON at step 4.<br />
• To set a Do Not Disturb condition at your telephone when a<br />
call rings at your station,<br />
1. Hear ringing and notice in<strong>com</strong>ing<br />
call information in display.<br />
2. PRESS programmed DO NOT<br />
DISTURB button. (See Feature<br />
Buttons section on page 54 for<br />
programming instructions.)<br />
