7.8 Dial by Name<br />
The dial by name feature allows you to<br />
use the display and interactive buttons<br />
of your LCD speakerphone to search<br />
through a preprogrammed index of<br />
inter<strong>com</strong> or system speed dial names,<br />
locate a desired name, and automatically<br />
call the located name.<br />
• To use dial by name,<br />
1. SELECT OPTIONS to enter the<br />
dial by name menu.<br />
2. From the dial by name menu,<br />
SELECT INT button for inter<strong>com</strong><br />
calling, OR SELECT EXT for<br />
system speed dial calling.<br />

3. DIAL three digits for the first<br />
three letters of the name you want to locate (for example, dial<br />
266 for Comdial).<br />
4. The display shows the first existing<br />
name match to the dialed digits<br />
or shows a No Match message if<br />
the system can not find a match. IF<br />
the display says No Match,<br />
SELECT PREV OR ENTER<br />
three new digits to select a new<br />
