The<strong>NASUWT</strong> has published a model policy agreed by the majorityof teacher unions and the DfE.The union representative does have the right to requestinformation necessary to monitor the effects of pay andemployment practices. The <strong>NASUWT</strong> Representative shouldknow the school salary structure.A complainant could refer to a similar post in another LA schoolas a comparator.<strong>NASUWT</strong> <strong>Representatives</strong> should refer any case of suspectedpay discrimination to their Local Association Secretary who willrefer the case as appropriate.
