NASUWT Representatives willbe given information and advice about the new frameworkduring the Autumn of 2011.After the Inspectionl Inspectors are required to make an oral report to theheadteacher immediately following the inspection – anyinconsistencies at this point must be raised.l ● A full debriefing must then take place, at which any staff maybe invited to attend, although this usually includes only thesenior management team (SMT). This is another opportunityfor staff to raise inconsistencies with the inspector.l ● Where there are any issues where members feel they havebeen judged unfairly, the NASUWT Representative mustreport this to the Local Association Secretary.l ● The final report must be completed within six calendarweeks of the inspection team leaving the school. The finalprepublication draft should be sent to the school forchecking after the feedback meetings. The school has fiveworking days to comment on the draft. Factual errors mustbe corrected.
