Nalaže to propis o uštedi energije koji jestupio na snagu 1. srpnja 2006. godine.Vrijeme štednje definitivno dolazi. Energenata je sve manje te je nužno da se već jednom probudinaša uspavana ekološka svijest. Štedljive kuće su budućnost, pa iako je trošak gradnje takvih kućanešto viši, brzo se isplate.A da ne bismo pisali samo o štednji, savjetujemo vam na što sve trebate obratiti pozornost prigodomkupnje prve nekretnine. Potraga i odluka o tome koju nekretninu kupiti, znaju biti veliki izazov,ali i dugotrajan proces koji zahtijeva čvrste živce.Također, razgovarali smo i s direktoricom Hrvatskog dizajn centra Tatjanom Jallard. Uloga dizajnau današnjemu potrošačkom društvu je neupitna jer se samo niskim cijenama više ne može konkurirati.Stanje u Hrvatskoj prilično je nezahvalno što se toga tiče. Hrvatski dizajn centar, kao glavnimedijator između dizajna i gospodarstva te šire društvene zajednice, još uvijek nema svoj ured nijaku financijsku potporu u provođenju strateških projekata.Dok odgovorni ne otvore oči i ne shvate da Hrvatskoj treba nešto više od licitarskih srca i dresovavrijedne nam reprezentacije, mi ćemo i dalje poticati sve one kreativce koji se već godinama bores vjetrenjačama.Nadalje, vodimo vas na otok Korčulu gdje smo posjetili jednu od najljepših kuća na obali. Na samojosami u uvali Orlandušici, Spomenka Buzolić uspjela je napraviti svoju malu oazu, pritom poštujućiprirodu – kamen i drvo.Bili smo i na Ugljanu, otoku preko puta Zadra, na kojem se ima što vidjeti. Čisto more, dobra spiza,autohtone šume borova samo su neke od ljepota koje nas tamo dočekuju.Mnogo smo putovali, radili, te tražili nove nekretnine. TheCroatian Design Centre, as the main mediator between the profession of design and the economyas well as the wider society, still does not have its own office or a strong financial support for realizingstrategic projects. Until the authorities open their eyes and realize that we need as muchgingerbread hearts and outfits of our valuable national team as we can get, we will continue tostimulate all creative artists that have been tilting at windmills for ages. Furthermore, we take youto the island of Korčula where we visited one of the most beautiful houses on the coast. On a secludedlocality in the Orlandušica cove, Spomeka Buzolić managed to make her own little oasiswhile at the same time respecting the nature – stone and wood.We also went to Ugljan, an island across from Zadar, which is quite a sight. Clean sea, good food,autochthonous pine tree woods are just some of the beauties awaiting you.We traveled, worked and searched a lot for new real estates.
