All these investments in the last two yearshave been an integral part of a five-year investmentplan that will be finalised in 2009 with a total value ofover 2,3 billion kunas. But Maistra d.d. will not stop thisyear. The focus is on the construction of hotels in theMonte Mulini zone, but besides that, the plan involvesthe completion of investments that have already commencedin prior periods (tourist resorts Belvedere andPetalon) as well as investments in auto-camps. The mostbeautiful zone Monte Mulini, whose reconstruction alreadybegan with this year’s investment in hotel Eden,will become the central tourist product of Maistra andwill unite hotels Lone, Monte Mulini, Park and Eden intoone unique area, which will give Maistra’s completeoffer a special and new quality, which will be unique36in the Croatian tourist offer. The whole complex will offeran accommodation of various categories of hotelrooms and luxury apartments: the four stars accommodationof the hotel Park, new annex of the hotel Parkand hotel Eden, five stars in luxury hotels Lone and MonteMulini. The zone will have amenities like a big wellnesscentre and an entire complex for congresses and businessmeetings, all linked together with a rich forest andan attractive promenade across the protected park ofnature. Apart from all this, the renovation that alreadystarted on tourist resorts such as Belvedere and Petalonwill be completed too. Furthermore, investments will bemade in complementary facilities (swimming pools, cateringfacilities, sports facilities), so that the tourist offer ofthese resorts could be complete.
