suspect until it is given final postmortem inspection, when thecarcass shall then be marked and disposed of as provided in this<strong>Subchapter</strong>, or until it is disposed of as provided in this Part.(b) All seriously crippled animals commonly termed "downers,"shall be identified as "Oklahoma Suspects" and disposed of asprovided in 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-57 unless they are required to be classed as"Oklahoma Condemned" under 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-39.(c) With the exception of exotic livestock presented forantemortem inspection at mobile slaughtering establishments, eachanimal required by this <strong>Subchapter</strong> to be treated as an "OklahomaSuspect" shall be identified as suspect by or under thesupervision of an inspector with an official device in accordancewith 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-43(a). The device shall not be removed except by anauthorized inspection employee.(d) Each animal identified as an "Oklahoma Suspect" onantemortem inspection shall be set apart and shall be slaughteredseparately from other livestock at the establishment unlessdisposed of as provided in this <strong>Subchapter</strong>.(e) When any exotic livestock identified as an "OklahomaSuspect" is released for any purpose or reason, as provided inthis <strong>Subchapter</strong>, the official identification device shall beremoved only by an authorized inspection employee, and theinspection employee shall report the action to the immediatecircuit supervisor. When a suspect is to be released for apurpose other than slaughter, the operator of the officialestablishment or the owner of the animal shall first obtainpermission for the removal of the animal from the appropriateState or Federal livestock health officials.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-39. Dead, dying, disabled, or diseased exotic livestock(a) <strong>Exotic</strong> livestock found to be dead or in a dying condition onthe premises of an official establishment shall be identified as"Oklahoma Condemned" and disposed of in accordance with 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-42.(b) <strong>Exotic</strong> livestock plainly showing on antemortem inspection,any disease or condition that would cause condemnation of theircarcasses on postmortem inspection shall be identified as"Oklahoma Condemned" and disposed of in accordance with 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-42.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-40. <strong>Exotic</strong> livestock suspected of having biologicalresidues(a) <strong>Exotic</strong> livestock suspected of having been treated with orexposed to any substance that may impart a biological residuethat would make the edible tissues unfit for human food oradulterated, shall be handled in compliance with the provisionsof this Section. The suspected exotic livestock shall beidentified at official establishments as "Oklahoma Suspect".These exotic livestock shall be held under the custody of aninspector or other official designated by the Board until
