and it is desired to relabel the product because the labels havebecome mutilated or damaged, a request for relabeling the productshall be sent to the Director, accompanied with a statement ofthe reasons. Labeling material intended for relabeling inspectedand passed product shall not be transported from an officialestablishment until permission has been received from theDirector. The relabeling of inspected and passed product withlabels bearing any official marks shall be done under thesupervision of an inspector. The official establishment shallreimburse the Meat Inspection Services, in accordance with therules of the Board, for any cost involved in supervising therelabeling of the product.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-123. Storage and distribution of labels and containersbearing official marksLabels, wrappers, and containers bearing any official marks,with or without the establishment number, may be transported fromone official establishment to any other official establishmentprovided the shipments are made with the prior authorization ofthe inspector in charge at point of origin, who will notify theinspector in charge at destination concerning the date ofshipment, quantity, and type of labeling material involved. Nomaterial shall be used at the establishment to which it isshipped unless the use conforms with the requirements of this<strong>Subchapter</strong>.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-124. Reporting of obsolete labelsOnce a year or more often if necessary, the operator of eachofficial establishment shall submit to the Director inquadruplicate, a list of approved labels no longer used or a listof the documents issued by the Director approving the labelsinvolved. The approved labels shall be identified by the approvednumber, the date of approval, and the name of the product, orother designation showing the class of labeling material.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-125. Labeling and containers of custom preparedproducts(a) Products that are custom prepared must be packagedimmediately after preparation and labeled in lieu of informationotherwise required by this Part with the following information inaccordance with 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-<strong>11</strong>4 conspicuously displayed on theprincipal display panel:(1) The words "Not for Sale" in lettering not less thanthree-eighths inches in height;(2) The name of the product.(3) The word "ingredients" followed by a list of ingredientsif the product is made from two or more ingredients;(4) The name and place of business of the custom operator whoprepared the product;
