Designation of inspection personnelThe Director shall designate a circuit supervisor in charge ofthe inspection in each circuit and a district supervisor(s) andas many inspectors as needed to adequately carry out therequirements of this <strong>Subchapter</strong>.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-17. Division employees to have access to establishmentsFor the purpose of any examination or inspection necessary toprevent the use in intrastate commerce of any adulteratedproduct, inspection employees shall have access at all times, byday or night, whether the official establishment is operated ornot, to every part of any official establishment to which theyare assigned.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-18. Identification of inspectorsEach inspector will be furnished with an officialidentification card issued by the Board and a numbered officialbadge, which the inspector shall possess at all times, and theinspector shall wear this identification in a manner and at timesas the Board may prescribe. They shall be sufficientidentification to entitle the inspector to admittance at allregular entrances and to all parts of the establishments andpremises to which the inspector is assigned.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-19. Assignment of division employees where members offamily employed; soliciting employment; procuring product fromofficial establishments(a) Except as specifically authorized by the Board, noinspection employee shall be detailed for duty at anestablishment where any member of the inspector’s family isemployed by the operator of the establishment, nor shall anysupervisor be continued on duty at a plant where any member ofthe supervisor’s family is employed at any establishment underthe supervisor’s jurisdiction. Inspection employees are forbiddento solicit for any person, employment at any officialestablishment.(b) Inspection employees shall not procure product from anyofficial establishment unless the establishment from which thepurchase is made is open to the general public and the price paidby the employee is the same as the price paid by the generalpublic. Inspection employees must pay, and obtain receipts formoney paid to these establishments for all products and keep thereceipts subject to examination by supervisory employees or otherauthorized personnel as the Board may designate.
