in accordance with instructions issued by the DistrictSupervisor.(d) An Oklahoma retained tag shall be placed by an inspector atthe time of reinspection at any official establishment on allproducts that are suspected on reinspection of being adulteratedor misbranded, and the products shall be held for furtherinspection. The tags shall be removed only by authorizedinspection employees. When further inspection is made, if theproduct is found to be adulterated, all official inspectionlegends or other official marks for which the product is found tobe ineligible under the rules in this subchapter, shall beremoved or defaced and the product will be subject tocondemnation and disposal in accordance with Part 27 of this<strong>Subchapter</strong>, except that a determination regarding adulterationmay be deferred if a product has become soiled or unclean byfalling on the floor or in any other accidental way or if theproduct is affected with any other condition that the inspectordeems capable of correction, in that case the product shall becleaned (including trimming if necessary) or handled in a mannerapproved by the inspector to assure that it will not beadulterated or misbranded and shall then be presented forreinspection and disposal in accordance with this Section. Ifupon final inspection, the product is found to be neitheradulterated nor misbranded, the inspector shall remove theOklahoma retained tag. If a product is found upon reinspection tobe misbranded, it shall be held under an Oklahoma retained tag,pending correction of the misbranding, or the institution of ajudicial seizure action or other appropriate action. Theinspector shall make a complete record of each transaction underthis Subsection and shall report the action to the districtsupervisor.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-128. Designation of places of receipt of products andother articles for reinspectionEvery official establishment shall designate, with theapproval of the Circuit Supervisor, a dock or place at whichproducts and other articles subject to reinspection under 35:37-<strong>11</strong>-127 shall be received, and the products and articles shall bereceived only at the dock or place.35:37-<strong>11</strong>-129. Preparation of products to be officiallysupervised; responsibilities of official establishments(a) All processes used in curing, pickling, rendering, canning,or preparing any product in official establishments shall besupervised by authorized inspectors. No fixtures or appliances,such as tables, trucks, trays, tanks, vats, machines, implements,cans or containers of any kind, shall be used unless they are ofsuch materials and construction as will not contaminate oradulterate the product and are clean and sanitary. All steps inthe preparation of edible products shall be conducted carefully
