Having a high value <strong>of</strong> Omega-3, Omega-6 and Vitamin E and low value <strong>of</strong> price makes soybean oil an vital nutriment fordaily consume.Both cold pressing and refining <strong>of</strong> soybean oil are commonly used and beneficial processingsystems. In cold pressing while high temperature have not been used, the deodorizationstep <strong>of</strong> refining needs high temperature and pressure to eliminate <strong>of</strong> impurities comes fromextracted raw material. Refining has more steps than cold pressing, like, degumming,neutralization, bleaching, winterizing and deodorizing. Moreover conditions <strong>of</strong> crude oilreceiving and unloading, storage, refined oil storage and loading steps effects the qualityand hygiene <strong>of</strong> last product.Soybean oil has been used in the pharmaceutical formulations.
