Whilst with AITSL, Dr Webb was responsible foroverseeing a range of strategic policy and program managementprojects, primarily in the spheres of professional learning, research,innovation and evaluation strategy and recognition.Dr Webb had previously worked with the Department of Education,Employment and Workplace Relations, where her responsibilities included managing theAustralian Government Quality Teaching Program, chairing Australia’s participation in theOECD study Teachers Matter (2005), and establishing the National Institute for QualityTeaching and School Leadership.
