right kind of music will most likely result in one
doing right. Listening to the wrong kind of music
can result in deleterious behavior.

spirit from God was upon Saul, David took a lyre

well, and the evil spirit left him. (I Sam. 16:23).
It would be correct to say; choose music which
uplifts your spirit and bring you joy. Songs such

video games with self-destructive imaginary and
violence leads to detrimental behavior, sexual
perversion and vulgarity. Music and videos can
give an illusion that right is wrong and wrong is
right. It has been known to result in one’s to lose
their virginity or seduce one to do evil. Thus, choose
music which teaches godly values, morals, respect
and dignity for yourself and mankind. Those that
imitate messages of hope, responsibility for one’s
actions, restoration of relationships, forgiveness,

Secular music pleases the flesh. It can be seductive
and used as an exhibition to set on fire the lust of
the flesh to fulfill one’s wicked desires. This was the
case with Herodias using her daughter’s seductive
dancing skills in a vindictive plot to have John the
Baptist murdered. (Matt. 14: 1-6; Mark 6:18-19;
22-24/Note verses 18-28). Viewing women and
men or boys and girls dancing to such seducing
and provocative music and half naked can result
in your child losing their dignity and self-respect.
