Nursing Education Loan/Scholarship - RN to BSN (NELR)Nursing Education Loan/Scholarship - RN to BSN awards are available to licensed registered nurses seeking abachelor’s degree in nursing at a Mississippi college or university. Students may fulfill the loan-to-service obligation byserving as a professional nurse for one year for each year of loan received. Participants may receive up to $4,000 for oneacademic year. To be eligible, students must be a Mississippi resident and have a 2.5 GPA.
