Nursing Education Loan/Scholarship - Ph.D. (NELP)Nursing Education Loan/Scholarship - Ph.D. awards are available to students seeking a doctorate in nursing at aMississippi college or university. Students may fulfill the loan-to-service obligation by serving as a professional nurseor as a teacher in an accredited Mississippi school of nursing for one year for each year of loan received. Participantsmay receive up to $5,000 per academic year not to exceed $10,000 over two (2) calendar years for full-time students.To be eligible, students must be a Mississippi resident with a 3.0 GPA.
