As can be seen from Table 3A-3D the encoding speed of TU4 mode is in the range of 6.8 to 8.2 that of TU1<br />

mode, and that the encoding speed of TU7 mode is 2.5 to 2.7 times that of TU4 mode, and TU7gacc mode<br />

is around 32% faster, ie, 1.2 to 1.34 times the speed of TU7. In other words TU7gacc mode reflects an
