6.2 Current Assets and Non-Current Assets
Current assets as at 30 June 2017 are estimated to comprise cash and investments of $9.57M and
receivables of $1.15M.
Current assets are forecast to increase by $0.90M primarily due to the increase in cash and
investments as a result of the borrowings of $6.0M during the year.
The estimated value of non-current assets as at 30 June 2017 comprises property, infrastructure,
plant and equipment, $550.07M, investment in Tas Water, $90.51M, and investment in the Copping
Waste Authority, $0.740M.
Non-current assets are estimated to increase by $30.94M primarily due to capital revaluations and
capital expenditure during 2016/17.
