Warum machen Sie Accessoires?<br />
Die Mode und das Zeichnen waren schon<br />
meine Leidenschaft, als ich noch ein Kind<br />
war. Ich habe den Wecker am Morgen vor<br />
der Schule früher gestellt, damit ich Zeit zum<br />
Zeichnen hatte. Mit meiner Schal-Kollektion<br />
kann ich diese beiden Leidenschaften hervorragend<br />
verbinden.<br />
Wie beschreiben Sie ihre Kollektion?<br />
Aufwendige Prints, auf schöne Seide gedruckt<br />
und von Hand gefranst machen die<br />
Ginny Litscher Kollektion aus. Jeder Schal<br />
erzählt eine individuelle Geschichte.<br />
Wie inspiriert Sie Zürich als Modestadt?<br />
Ich gehe regelmässig ins Zoologische Museum<br />
zum Zeichnen. Es ist einer meiner Lieblingsorte<br />
in Zürich. Ich finde, dass sich die Modeszene<br />
enorm weiterentwickelt hat, mit talentierten<br />
Schweizer Designern. Dies beweist<br />
die Modenschau Mode Suisse immer wieder<br />

Why do you make accessories?<br />
Fashion and drawing were my passion even<br />
as a small child. I used to set the alarm clock<br />
for early in the morning before school so I<br />
would have time to draw. I can combine<br />
these two great passions perfectly in my<br />
scarf collection.<br />
How would you describe your collection?<br />
Elaborate prints, printed onto exquisite silk<br />
and fringed by hand distinguish the Ginny<br />
Litscher Collection. Each scarf tells its own<br />
individual story.<br />
How does Zurich inspire you as a fashion<br />
city?<br />
I go regularly to the Zoological Museum<br />
to draw. It is my favourite place in Zurich. I<br />
think that the fashion scene has undergone<br />
a huge development, Supported by a number<br />
of talented Swiss designers. The Mode<br />
Suisse (www.modesuisse.com) fashion show<br />
proves this time and time again. <br />
