‣ Ordinance numbers
‣ Any form of documentation process (e.g. newspaper clippings, photographs, compiled
report, etc.) of the public hearing for each of the ordinance mentioned above
‣ Type of trainings participated/attended and list of personnel involved indicate funding
source. Include attendance sheets and their designation
‣ List of specific programs related to EAFM (e.g. close season of particular species of
fish or invertebrates)
4. Draft/Legitimized MPA/CRM management plan
‣ Resolution number and year legitimized
‣ Any form of documentation process (e.g. attendance sheets, photographs, compiled
report, etc.)
