4.0 WORKPLAN
The ECOFISH Project Midterm Performance Evaluation will be completed in a 12-week period,
with about 14-day field work for actual data gathering (i.e., the on-site visitation, FGD, KII, and
possible additional secondary data collection, SDC), in accordance with the RFP. Figure 4 below
highlights the four (4) phases of the evaluation with the estimated time for each phase. The Work
and Deliverables Schedule in Figure 5illustrates the week-by-week organization of activities and
scheduling of accomplishments to comply with evaluation period of 60 LOE days.

As reflected in Figure 6, the critical activity during the Preparatory Phase is the recruitment and
training of field teams composed of on-site visitation and qualitative study teams. Near critical
activities during the Data Gathering Phase include the scheduling of KIIs with key informants and
the availability of the target participants to the FGD sessions. The schedule for completion of
expected deliverables is also shown in the table.
The SDS Evaluation Team will provide an update report to the USAID/Philippines at the midpoint of
the field work on September 14, 2015.
